With its roots firmly in jazz standards, Palida explores a wide range of musical styles, from contemporary classical through to madrigals and folk.   Led by Karen Wimhurst   a widely commissioned composer based in Shaftesbury, this choir offers a challenging and stimulating  experience for singers.  Palida performs regularly in a  range of local concert venues as well as the occasional theatre production.
